Once a public housing project in need of revitalization, the Montana Terrace "Sm@rt Home Community" is a mixed-income community with state-of-the-art broadband connections to the Internet, including access to distance learning and telemedicine services. The visit was hosted by Allied Communications, Inc, the community's telecom/IT manager.
